PlayStation Repair
We carry out PlayStation repairs on all models including PS4, PS4 Pro, PS5 and PS5 Digital Edition. The most common PlayStation repair we see is HDMI port replacement where the port has been damaged or become loose. This is a board level repair that requires micro soldering and its not something every repair shop can do. We also handle power supply faults, overheating issues, disc drive failures and general board level diagnostics on PlayStation consoles.
Xbox Repair
For Xbox consoles we repair Xbox One, Xbox One S, Xbox One X, Xbox Series S and Xbox Series X. Similar to PlayStation the most common fault is HDMI port damage. We also see alot of overheating issues on older Xbox One models and power supply faults across the range. The technicians at Computer Repairs Pronto carry out all Xbox repairs at the board level where required which means we can fix faults that other shops would charge a full board replacement for.
Nintendo Switch Repair
Nintendo Switch repairs are another common job for us. Joy-Con drift is probably the single most common Switch fault we see followed by charging port issues on the Switch and Switch Lite. We also repair screen faults, rail connector issues and board level faults on all Switch models including the OLED version. For handheld console repairs more broadly we work on Switch, Switch Lite, Steam Deck and older handheld systems.
